Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all 3D printers, ceramic decorations, custom ceramic printed products sold by YQ Tech Dev, as well as supporting auxiliary equipment and 3D printer replacement parts sourced on your behalf.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

3D Printers
Unopened and unused units can be returned for a refund within 30 days upon customer receipt, and return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.
For opened or used equipment, returns and exchanges are only acceptable if the device suffers from non-artificial quality defects, fails to work properly and cannot be repaired within the warranty period.

Auxiliary Equipment & Replacement Parts
Auxiliary equipment and 3D printer spare parts are standard industrial components. No unreasonable returns will be accepted once the items are opened or used without confirmed factory quality defects.
If manufacturing defects are found upon receipt, you may submit after-sales requests in accordance with relevant warranty rules.
After-sales and return rules vary among different brands. Specific terms will be stated clearly before order placement.

Ceramic Printed Products
For non-custom ceramic products, returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days upon receipt, provided that goods are unused, kept in original packaging and resalable.
Custom and personalized ceramic printed products do not support unreasonable returns. Returns or exchanges are only available for confirmed manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit.

2. Handling for Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive damaged or defective products, please follow the rules below:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days upon receipt, and provide photos and videos as valid evidence.
  2. We will offer free replacement, store credit or full refund after verification.
  3. For ceramic printed products damaged due to improper transportation, we will cover all return shipping fees.

3. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns caused by non-quality issues.
  • We will provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns due to product quality problems or transit damage.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned items:
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned via the original payment channel.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Custom and personalized products (except for manufacturing defects and transit damage);
  • Clearance and promotional items;
  • Products damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation or unauthorized modification by customers;
  • Opened and used auxiliary equipment and spare parts without factory quality defects.
