Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to all clay 3D printers, custom ceramic decorations, ceramic printed products sold by YQ Tech Dev, as well as supporting auxiliary equipment and 3D printer replacement parts sourced on your behalf.

1. Warranty Terms for 3D Printers

The 3D printer is covered by a 2-year limited warranty commencing on the customer's receipt date.

Warranty Coverage: Under standard operating conditions, we cover non-artificial failures resulting from defective raw materials or manufacturing workmanship, including damages to the frame, motors, electronic components and extrusion mechanisms.

Items Excluded from Warranty:

  • Normal wear and routine replacement of consumable parts such as nozzles, filters and supplies;
  • Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation or unauthorized modification;
  • Malfunctions triggered by abnormal voltage, accidental impact or harsh operating environments;
  • All standard consumable components.

2. Warranty for Auxiliary Equipment & Replacement Parts

Auxiliary Equipment: All supporting auxiliary equipment sourced on your behalf carries a standard 1-year warranty. Since after-sales regulations vary across manufacturers, detailed warranty scope and terms will be notified separately before order confirmation.

3D Printer Replacement Parts: Separately sold maintenance replacement parts are covered by a standard 3-month warranty. After-sales rules differ by brand, and relevant details will be specified prior to purchase.

Failures caused by man-made damage, improper operation, unauthorized modification or overload usage of auxiliary equipment and spare parts are not covered under warranty.

3. Warranty Terms for Ceramic Printed Products

All ceramic printed products undergo strict pre-delivery inspection and are guaranteed free from manufacturing defects.

Items Excluded from Warranty:

  • Slight color difference and texture variation of 3D printed products are normal technical characteristics and shall not be deemed as quality issues;
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to improper use, handling or storage by the customer.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide the following documents:

  • Valid order number
  • Photos and videos that clearly show product defects
  • Detailed description of the malfunction

We will provide corresponding solutions including repair, replacement or partial refund in accordance with official warranty clauses.
