By accessing this website, placing orders and completing payments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all provisions stated herein.

1. Product Description & Custom Services

• All 3D printers, auxiliary equipment and spare parts sold on our website are standard industrial products. All ceramic printed items are manufactured by professional equipment. Slight color difference and texture variation are normal technical characteristics and shall not be regarded as quality defects.
• Custom ceramic printed products will be strictly produced in accordance with the drawings, dimensions, patterns, texts and other parameters finally confirmed by customers. Customers shall take full responsibility for any problems and relevant costs arising from incorrect provided documents, careless parameter verification or failure to notify us of requirement changes in a timely manner.
• We strive to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of product images, specifications and functional descriptions on the website. However, visual deviations may occur due to shooting lighting, monitor resolution and inherent color difference of display devices. All displayed content is for reference only and shall not be used as evidence for quality disputes.
• For third-party branded auxiliary equipment and spare parts sourced on your behalf, product standards and performance parameters shall be subject to the official instructions of the original manufacturer.

2. Pricing & Payment Rules

• All listed prices on the website are public selling prices. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice. The price of confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.
• An order will only take effect after full payment is completed. We have the right to unilaterally cancel orders and issue full refunds via the original payment channel in cases of pricing errors, temporary stock shortages, inventory abnormalities or suspected malicious orders.

3. Shipping, Logistics & Receipt Confirmation

• Please inspect the outer package and product condition on site upon delivery.
