Packaging

Inner Packaging: Each ceramic lamp is wrapped with thick pearl cotton for cushioning, shock resistance and scratch protection.
Outer Packaging: Foam box or honeycomb box + 5-layer corrugated export carton. Box specifications: 32.5×32.5×33.0 cm per carton, 1 unit per carton, gross weight approx. 3.19 kg (varies by model). All cartons are labeled with international standard fragile signs and directional arrows for safe and standard logistics handling.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return window: Eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery with a valid proof of purchase.
2. Return conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including pearl cotton inner liner and outer carton). Custom-made products (custom texture/size/LOGO) and 3D printed made-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, only quality issue claims are accepted.
3. Return processing: For change-of-mind returns, the buyer bears all international return shipping costs (including insurance). A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund after the product is inspected intact. For quality or shipping damage issues, the buyer is not required to return the product; after valid evidence is verified, we will process the claim in accordance with the warranty policy, and the seller will bear all related after-sales costs.

12-Month Quality Warranty

1. Warranty coverage: Only covers manufacturing defects caused by non-human factors, including inherent cracks in ceramic blanks, factory faults of circuit components, and damage to unopened accessories. Excludes damage caused by accidental drops, improper installation, unauthorized disassembly, and improper use.
2. Non-human damage verification: The buyer must provide clear photos/videos of the whole product and defective parts (showing product code/original packaging to confirm it is our product) within 7 days of discovering the problem. After our review and confirmation of no obvious human damage traces, it will be deemed a non-human quality issue.
3. Cross-border after-sales solution: 

• Minor issues (small accessory faults, slight circuit problems, repairable locally): After verification, we will provide cash compensation equivalent to the actual repair cost and guide local repair operations.
• Severe issues (ceramic body damage, core component faults, unusable or unrepairable locally): After verification, the buyer can choose a full refund or a free replacement of new products/core accessories (no need to return the defective product).

Customization Service

Customizable scope: Product texture, size, LOGO printing, inner & outer packaging design, supporting full-process OEM/ODM customization.

Custom process: Consultation → Design proposal/sample provision → Sample confirmation & advance payment → Mass production → Inspection proof provision → Balance payment → Shipment arrangement.

Sample policy: A sample fee is charged for custom samples, which is fully deductible from the payment upon placing a bulk order.

Bulk Logistics & Packaging

Logistics method: Palletized shipping is recommended for all bulk orders, with sea/rail transportation highly recommended. As ceramic products are fragile, this method minimizes the risk of damage during transportation.

Quotation & terms: FOB trading terms by default. Due to fluctuating international freight rates, please contact our customer service with the delivery address for an accurate real-time freight quote before placing an order.

Packaging rules: Basic packaging includes pearl cotton inner liner, thickened corrugated outer carton and overall palletizing (for damage prevention). Packaging design can be customized according to buyer's requirements; the customization cycle will be included in the total production lead time.

Payment Terms

Payment methods: Only supported by T/T Telegraphic Transfer and PayPal.

Payment process: A 50% advance payment is required to start production for all bulk/custom orders. After production is completed, we will provide photos/videos of finished products for inspection. The remaining 50% balance payment must be settled before shipment, and we will arrange delivery immediately after the balance is received.
