The ZCC2000 is compatible with mainstream clay slurries, clay filaments, and ceramic mixtures on the market—no specialized formula is needed. Its optimized screw extrusion system stably handles clay materials with particle sizes ≤0.1mm and moisture content of 25%-35%, ensuring continuous extrusion without breaks.
The ZCC2000 offers a mechanical layer precision of 0.011mm, with adjustable actual layer thickness (0.2-1.0mm) and repeat positioning accuracy ≤±0.05mm. Its 200×200×200mm build volume supports precise printing. Paired with stable 8Bar air pressure (via external air compressor), it enables efficient production of 50-100 small to medium ceramics (e.g., tableware, decor) daily.
Material issues: Particles larger than 0.1mm or unbalanced moisture → Sieve the material and adjust humidity to 25%-35%.
Pressure fluctuations: Air compressor tank 9L → Upgrade to a 24L model for stable pressure.

Q: I am new to this and looking for a laser to use on the bottom of bowls that I turn. Need a 110 system and am impressed with the Pronto35. I do not know what questions to ask so need to be led through this process.
