The nozzle assembly is made of all-metal materials without any plastic parts. Remote pneumatic feeding and proximal screw precisely controls extrusionοΌlong service life of the machine and components.

Product Structure: The platform settling structure is adopted for greater stability. The Z-axis is equipped with dual high-precision ball screws, and the nozzle assembly is made of all-metal structure, without any 3D printed or plastic parts.

ZCC3040: With a build volume of 300×300×400mm, it’s ideal for small to medium ceramic studios, suitable for producing tea sets, small sculptures, and other compact artworks.
ZCC4060: Featuring a 400×400×600mm build volume, it balances production of medium-sized pieces (e.g., vases, busts) with efficient batch manufacturing.
ZCC5080: Boasting a 500×500×800mm build volume, it supports one-time printing of large ceramic works such as floor decorations and architectural models.
Recommendation: Consider daily output, maximum workpiece size, and budget comprehensively. All three models support screw extrusion systems, ensuring stability for production at different scales.
All three models achieve a layer mechanical precision of 0.01mm, with adjustable actual layer thickness ranging from 0.1-1.0mm. When printing hollowed structures:Use the smallest diameter nozzle;Reduce printing speed to 30-50mm/s to enhance material deposition accuracy;Complex hollow designs require water-soluble support materials.
All three models adopt an all-metal gantry structure + servo motor drive, combined with an intelligent temperature control system, enabling 12 hours of continuous operation without cumulative errors. For daily maintenance, note that after printing, clean the screw and nozzle (the automatic reverse-blow function can reduce residues); regularly lubricate the guide rails and lead screws, and check the belt tension; replace the nozzle sealing ring monthly (the service life of the consumable is about 300 hours); the ZCC5080 needs to regularly calibrate the dual Z-axis synchronization (with a built-in calibration program in the system).
