With a relatively small volume, it does not occupy too much space, making it suitable for use on countertops in offices, small studios, etc., allowing users to carry out clay 3D printing creations in limited spaces.
With a 3.5-inch color touchscreen and intelligent software support, even users without a technical background can easily get started and quickly master the basic operations of the device.
The continuous rotation of the screw can provide a relatively uniform material pushing force, reducing the risk of material accumulation or blockage. The structure is simple and low-maintenance.
The mechanical noise of single-screw rotation is relatively low. Compared with double-screw systems, it offers better energy efficiency for long-term printing.
It can print complex and delicate ceramic artworks, accurately presenting geometric shapes, textures, hollow structures and spiral designs.
The extrusion structure is relatively simple, which can precisely control the amount of material used, avoid material waste, and reduce costs in the long-term use.
Not only can it directly print colored / full-color productsοΌbut it can also seamlessly connect with other manufacturing processes, such as subsequent treatments like manual modification, coloring, and firing of the printed clay works, further enriching the expression forms and textures of the works.
It can quickly transform digital designs into physical works according to users' design requirements, flexibly catering to both single unique works and small-batch production, providing artists and designers with a broader creative space.
It can not only meet the needs of small-scale production but also has educational value, making it suitable for ceramic art teaching in schools and training institutions.

The ZCC2000 is compatible with mainstream clay slurries, clay filaments, and ceramic mixtures on the market—no specialized formula is needed. Its optimized screw extrusion system stably handles clay materials with particle sizes ≤0.1mm and moisture content of 25%-35%, ensuring continuous extrusion without breaks.
The ZCC2000 offers a mechanical layer precision of 0.011mm, with adjustable actual layer thickness (0.2-1.0mm) and repeat positioning accuracy ≤±0.05mm. Its 200×200×200mm build volume supports precise printing. Paired with stable 8Bar air pressure (via external air compressor), it enables efficient production of 50-100 small to medium ceramics (e.g., tableware, decor) daily.
Material issues: Particles larger than 0.1mm or unbalanced moisture → Sieve the material and adjust humidity to 25%-35%.
Pressure fluctuations: Air compressor tank 9L → Upgrade to a 24L model for stable pressure.
Nozzle clogging: Dried residual material → Use 1.0-2.0mm nozzles and perform regular reverse flushing.
