Custom Machine Order Process

Step 1: Submit your customization requirements via the official website customer service or email channel.

Step 2: After communication between both parties, we will provide a customization plan, quotation, and delivery timeline. Upon confirmation, an electronic contract will be signed and a deposit (usually 50% of the total amount) will be paid.

Step 3: Once production is completed according to the plan, machine performance testing will be conducted. After passing the test, the customer will pay the balance, and we will ship and deliver the machine within the agreed timeframe.

Technology

Extrusion System Structure:
The screw thread adopts a 3D curved surface screw, which is not welded in flakes, and has the advantages of better material conveying performance, wear resistance, etc.

Extruder Maintenance:
The extruder can be quickly disassembled into more than 4 segments, all of which use quick interfaces instead of screw fixation, which can improve cleaning efficiency and reduce maintenance time.

Dual-Mode Feeding Control:
Manual feeding is available, and an interface for the pumping machine is reserved. It is integrated with an intelligent detection module and a PID dynamic adjustment system, taking into account both convenience and efficiency.
